If I were buying I'd be lookin at Strathbungo/Govanhill. There are places around (Nursery St, Prince Edward St) but ve *very* careful of anything East of Vicky Road. There's also plenty of places in Shawlands; all flats though at this price.
If you have a mortgage arranged and are all ready to move, be ballsy. Stick in a hard offer with the requirement they take it off the market by lunchtime. No closing date, the market is crap right now what with COVID and you might luck into a desperate seller.
