I just had a look on rightmove and that is a multiple of the price of many other 2 bedroom listings. You really want to buy a developer spec at the top price? I don't think they have a snowballs chance in hell in selling these and they will be half empty for a few years before being rented for peanuts. You would never be able to sell you property for anywhere near what you paid. |
