My last cat was a rescue, around two years old so still had quite kitteny behaviour and was with me for 14 years until February of this year.
If you want to stick with a kitten, put the word out with family, friends and people you trust - we're in the midst of kitten season and if you keep your ear to the ground you might find someone having unexpected kittens. Avoid Gumtree etc. - you'll be funding unethical kitten farms.
And if you do get a kitten, **get it spayed / neutered.** |
