| Comment | I was in the merchant city yesterday and there were quite a few open under gazebos. None of them had heating that I saw, and we were a bit chilly after a couple of hours, but by then it was dinner time. Lots of places are operating a booking system to get a table though. I’d call those that let you book, so you can request a covered/heated table. |
