What fucking moron decided to close all bar one of the gates on Kelvin way? They pedestrianise the whole street for social distancing, but then everyone is channeled through one entrance at the south... great thinking GCC! At the absolute least they should open one of the gates at the north end of Kelvin Way but nevertheless, closing gates will not solve the problem.
