As a godd landlord (well I hope the tenants think that) I've been in support of the new regulations and would support greater accountability on Landlord because of all the shit ones giving us a bad name.
But the only issue I would have with a government run system is the issue I'd have with any government-only solution. Usually the market demands some alternatives. We see it even with healthcare in this country. |
