I think that all those Landlord review type systems would be great. I would love to see good reviews.

The landlord needs to get an EPC rating of a certain quality. But the threshold ispretty low now. You do have to have a valid EPC to rent your property out at all. You can make the decsion when you choose to rent the property. FYI the rating of my rental property is 88.

Well all assets, not just property are able to be inherited. There are arguments against inheritance, but I don't think they should be limited to property.
