The City Centre was feeling like the Med last night, though I was just cycling around so didn't get the full picture.

AFAIK, though:
Brew Dog Merchant City: decent, surprisingly not too busy
Coiba's: might not strictly be a beer garden, but everyone seemed nicely spaced out.
Buck's Bar (Argyle Street): borderline. If the thing of not needing to distance as much if your back to them is true, then it's not so bad.
The Gallery (round the back): cheeky bastards. Bunch of people packed onto a small balcony, that only people who live in the flats would see - probably not police then.
All this being said, avoid the centre on a sunny day if you have concerns, today for example would probably be OK.
