When we were looking for a flat in that area the estate agent warned us against those flats. Apparently the high factor fees make them a bugger to sell. Also the one we were looking at was £300 a month factors due to the lift. Your situation may be different, but we were only looking to stay in a flat for a few years or so, so we decided it wasn't worth the bother (and the expense!).
