I went to look there when I was buying shortly after they'd be built and got treated so poorly in the Sales Office that I walked away mid conversation. Also, I've dealt with a massive amount of tenants who've been absolutely screwed by landlords renting out properties there which I completely recognise isn't symptomatic of the properties themselves, but always stands out to me.
