The area has a reputation but it's not that bad. Yes there's unsocial things going on but they are all behind closed doors. The location can't be beat, if your looking for a friendly, west end vibe tho then your out of luck, it's the kind of place where you don't speak to your neighbours.
Also, check council tax. It's extortionate. Low rent looks ok, until you add the council tax. |
