Second the idea of recording your sleep, just as protection for yourself. If you want to keep a dialogue open with her, maybe you or your partner could go to her place, whilst the other goes about their night as usual? Could give you peace of mind and maybe resolve any noise if possible.
You don't want to be walking on eggshells though around a neighbour, fuck that. I used to have really bad anxiety with that but I glowed up. Also, silicon ear plugs, they're a life saver. |
