I will happily go towards a split week home/office and I think my employers will support people who might want to do that, but we do client-facing work that they'll want to maintain some capacity so it won't be 100%. I'd be happy with 3 days at home, 2 in the office if they'd agree to that.

Main thing will be my partner's situation as we just don't have enough space to both work from home and can't work in the same room due to the nature of our roles. He's currently in the living room on a makeshift desk and that room is attached to the kitchen, so I'm creeping around so he doesn't get into shit if his bosses hear me in the background during calls - he got a bollocking after I stubbed my toe and swore in the next room and they heard me. But if he goes back to an office and I can set up the spare room a bit better, I'd happily stay working from home some of the week. I don't miss the 6A and fighting with all the private school kids for a seat in the morning.
