Yep, I work for a really little company, there's only a few of us. I can't see us going back to the office full time if I'm honest. We've been bashing ideas about, perhaps getting a hot-desk 1 day a week so we can all get together, and then WFH the rest of the time. Rent/rates/insurance and all the rest of it is actually a big expense to bare for a small company. If i find myself looking for another job, I'll be asking about what they did during lockdown, and if they still allow staff to WFH, if not, why not. Because the answer 9 times out of 10 is going to be "so we can watch what you're doing".
