Depends where you're looking. Orchard Park Avenue and most of the streets off that are pretty nice with some really nice houses and much cheaper than Giffnock, Clarkston etc. The otherside of Spiersbridge Road is a little bit rougher round the edges with a few exceptions.

Where you'll get much more for your money in terms of property, there's not much happening in Thornliebank it's self. The Main Street is pretty fucking grim but with the train station you can get to Shawlands in under 10 minutes, Central in about 15 and you're not far from Giffnock Lidl and Morrisons.
