| Comment | Our initial offer from buyer contained what we have now been told an unusual clause and should never have been accepted (this is verbatim from YC even though it was one of their colleagues that dealt with it initially). We’ve had four ‘case managers’ - to be fair this had probably been at least partly due to covid. But all in all we’ve had no advice, have to constantly chase, get asked for information that has already been sent (worryingly title deeds). We’ve now lost two house sales due to their incompetence in getting our sale completed (the buyer has been trying to complete since June 29th) I’ve complained to most recent case manager who was already pretty rude, so now it’s like pulling teeth! Now having to escalate to Legal Complaints Commission.
