In the city and west, south and north if you leave for example, a sofa outside your fence on the pavement it will be picked up (in non pandemic times) fairly quickly by the council, or quicker if the Romanians happen to drive past and fancy it. In East Renfrewshire so just a couple miles south of the city, you need to report it and pay to have it picked up. |
