| Comment | This is really important, is it ACTUALLY a court bailiff you've received these letters from, or is it from a legal agency/debt collector? The latter have been known to be extremely sleezy at disguising their letters as something they are not, judging by the amount, of £110, I'm erring toward this being a collector trying to try you on, in which case I simply wouldn't give them the time of day.
