| Comment | Well you'll need a license or CBT. Wear armour, the road doesn't give a shit if you come off a Vepsa or a Hayabusa; it's going to rip your skin and shatter your bones the exact same way.
From what little I know of scooters, just like 125cc motorcycles they are expensive for what they are and desirable for theft. So you a quality chain & lock. Seen a few scooter enthusiasts around Glasgow on their ride outs, so there is clearly a scene.
