I’m trying to buy a flat just now but it seems impossible. I’d assumed people would be more cautious after the lockdown but it doesn’t seem to be the case at all - every flat I’ve seen has went to a closing date after a week.
Looking at renting instead and the prices for any half decent place are so high. Quite the dilemma
