I agree with this. The infrastructure developments would be ideal now in these times and attracting fintech firms to the city centre would be a boost for the local economy. I am happy with the skyline plans as long as they get rid of the old, unsustainable buildings and preserve the historical ones as much as possible. As far as I know, the city council is planning to double the city centre population in the near term, hence infrastructure is much needed in the area.

Moreover there still is a lot more to be done in cleaning out certain dodgy areas around the city centre, like some parts on Argyle Street around the Alexander Thompson hotel where walkers get harassed by junkies pretty regularly. That is a must if they want to attract many businesses in the area.
