That's one of the best parts about Glasgow I think, the fact that everyone greets everyone else and can be so chatty. I can totally understand!
That's such a lovely way to put it "accepting" rain. I mean yeah it's always there , whether you like it or not 😂 BUT I guess the main reason why people don't carry umbrellas is because it's really windy so we just make do with jackets with hoods, works fine tbh.
