Yea I’ve seen footage of that and it looks unpleasant. But the home test kits are different for some reason? There’s a YouTube vid by NHS they make you watch to make sure you do it perfectly. I already watched and its pretty gentle and you don’t need to go near as deep. No idea why that would be different though???
