| Comment | We picked up a Husky about 5 years ago from a shelter (we already had one hyper dog) and they were rammed then due to GoT.
They are hard work. Ours is quiet but obedient? On her terms, yes. And that's the thing, you can watch her do the mental calculation before reacting. She is not affectionate, not a guard dog, sheds everywhere and, to be honest, is a bit of an asshole. I wouldn't change her for the world.
But if you don't have a lifestyle that suits a Husky, you are in for a bad, *bad* time. This is a breed that views a munro as just a warm up. |
