| Comment | It didn't really ramp up until 2010-ish, during the fallout of the recession. Glasgow in the late 2000's was probably the cleanest it's ever been, for a given value of clean anyway.
I don't know if the numbers of homeless have drastically gone up in the last decade or if it's a byproduct of cuts to services but the city centre is painful to be in these days. |
