I found a few gem places. Not sure if they can be called hidden. Canal side walk which start from north city centre and all the way up to God knows where is amazing. Tchai Ovna cafe in west end, loch 24 pub, river kelvin side walk near botanics, merchant city, riverside museum, necropolis and cathedral, platform at archs near central station, hidden lane tea house, Oran mor and may be a few more. not sure it is what you are looking and not sure how many are still open.
