| Comment | I recently discovered Cathcart Cemetry. It is very overgrown in the old section and a community page on Facebook has begun recently doing it up and mapping out all the historically significant graves and designs. Plus an incredible view over the city and mountains. The new side is still beautiful as well and contains a Jewish cemetry, Christian cemetry and Islam cemetry. There were some sombering graves in the Jewish section dating from holocaust survivors who wanted to remember those who didnt make it to refuge. Highly recommend a wander. |
