| Comment | This is prob a bit controversial and makes you feel a little bad but I’ve always been told to have a quick check of the car park (if there is one) as it can indicate level income perhaps, whether they care for their things, etc. Won’t tell you everything you’re looking for, but short of speaking with them yourself, combine a car park check with a peak at peoples windows, doors, welcome mats, etc etc to get some clues on the people living there. |
