| Comment | No, it isn't your fault at all. You *should* be able to leave your bike unlocked, and not have it stolen. It's 100% always the fault of the scum that steals it.
Just because a crime is prevalent, it doesn't alter the fact the victim is blameless. If we live in a society in which the victim shares culpability with the perpetrator, then we ultimately come back to "look what she was wearing, she asked for it." |
