I seen them doing this in Ali's Original on Shettleston Road. Asked what it was because it smelled fucking fantastic. King Barbequed Kebab they call it. Tried it, was amazing. They grill a bunch of vegetables into it as well (green peppers, onions) before chucking it into the nan bread. |
