Not understanding Neds actually means you do belong here. Their behaviour makes no sense to anyone. They are probably just showing off. One guy is showing off to one of the girls in the group this happens to loads of people in Glasgow and I think/hope it was not a race specific thing.
Have you reported the incident to the police? They might not be able to find who did it but it will mean they will know where these incidents are taking place. |
