Seems like you've got self esteem troubles buddy (apologising several times for posting a perfectly reasonable question is a bit of a giveaway). CBT is really good for self esteem issues. Even if you cant afford a CBT therapist some of the self help books are really good. I'd reccomend melanie fellons (sp?) book. If that's not the problem just see if theres social groups around your hobbies online. They usually do meet ups. I was playing poker every monday before lockdown.
