Chances are, though, that as others have said, if it's damage to a pipe that only drains your property then it's your liability, and if it's damage to a pipe that drains multiple properties then it's shared.
Similarly, depending on the policy, if it's wear and tear it may not be covered by the insurance, and if there's any damage to the neighbouring property they would need to claim under their own insurance. |
