You realise it would likely be turned into a hotel you couldn't afford to or wouldn't bother staying in... or turned into apartments. Possibly, an already public room would be converted to a restaurant.
The GPO building next door is nice but you ain't exploring it unless your renting an apartment there for £1000 pm.
