| Comment | Lots of people have already mentioned urban agriculture, so I will throw out wilder ideas:
* Drone racing arena, with parts shop and repair area.
* Hacker/Makerspace, members pay a monthly fee to gain access to tools etc, you will need to be prepared to allow the community to guide development.
* Indoor assault course and fitness centre, hire a few ex-soldiers to yell at the civvies.
* Let out the warehouse to another business because you can't think of a thing. |
