My boss was saying those kind of lapses, where folk fall between the cracks and get lost to services, happen absolutely all the fucking time. Folk don't show up for a service, they eventually get removed, like they never existed. All the time.
The Margaret thing is surely happening elsewhere too on a lower level. |
