Location is definitely not the issue. youre a 5 minute walk to a train 2 stops into Q St, buses on Maryhill Rd every 10 mins, and its a 40 minute slow stroll to Byres Rd. Massive tesco, asda, shops and pubs all within reasonable walking distance, plus you're right on the canal, which folk love. I live right around the corner and there's swarms of first time buyers snapping stuff up.

That said 'm really suspicious of them, I've also wondered why they're so cheap and always available.
