Fair enough, I hadn't considered that angle. Although from what ive seen the most popular restaurants are packed out on the days the scheme is running, so if I manage to get a takeaway out of it I don't think I'd be causing any damage.

If staff have been brought back due to the already high influx of people dining in and I'm putting the same amount of cash in the restaurants hands then I feel like everyone still wins: staff go back to work, restaurant makes the same amount, government gets employment and consumer spending up, I get cheap food without getting covid. Is there something im not considering?
