Again, you not using the service is not the same as them not providing it and you haven't provided the regulations that you claim the bus company did not comply with?

I'll take a guess and it's to no shame of anyone tbh but throughout this whole situation it has been apparent the general public have a fundamental misunderstanding of the differences between what are laws and regulations and what is guidance. The former can be policed, the latter not so much.

It's pretty much why I've always advocated that law as a subject should be taught at school but then where's the benefit to actually educating the people for those that make the decisions.

Don't get me wrong, I'd likely feel aggrieved in your position having forked out for it but the Covid situation is one of those things that we're all going to suffer from one way or another. Hoever if you have a sound argument for seeking a refund in the circumstances you're yet to present it unfortunately.
