| Comment | Again, this is clearly not the case. The bus services bar a few exceptions have been running which means they have fundamentally met their obligations.
Because you, by imposition or not, could not/did not use them is besides the simple overarching point where you bought the service, which they provided and you did not utilise.
We can get into the details of why you say you couldn't/didn't use the service but it would remain largely irrelevant to where you've aimed your grievance and the fundamental basis you rely. But you being 'legally' (debateable) unable to use the service is of little fault of theirs as it is yours. |
