| Comment | Apparently mortgage rates are rock bottom, ergo you could confidently ask for a lot I think. Now is timely especially if no students appear in Sept 2020 and the letting industry goes cold.
Huge numbers of courses are going online and many Asian students didn't pass their English exams in time for 2020, so there will be far fewer students to fill flats in September. Of course there still could well be plenty and it doesn't change a thing. |
