| Comment | You literally said there is no shortage of people wanting to be nurses. I've linked a source directly from the UK's official nurses union saying there IS shortage of people wanting to be nurses. Yet you seem to think the fact we have more nurses than ever negates that.
If we have a record number of nurses, and an official source says despite this there still aren't enough nurses, maybe we don't have enough nurses?
