A few students at my college told me about this! They said to me (not from Glasgow) that it was when you got an encased pie (e.g. Bells scotch pie) and slightly squished it into a roll. Some even add a blob of gravy on.
One of the three argued bread would count too, but the others strongly disagreed and called him a nonce for that.
