| Comment | you really do need a car, your bike will get super dirty really quickly and unless you pack all your cleaning sprays and oils, you will wreck trains . you could cycle to and from the location though but on a mountain bike, even a 29 er it is still some amount of work.
maybe do stuff like cyclo cross, easier to cycle to paths and you can still do most country trails and longer courses, shorter technical ones may prove not as fun though |
