And that brings us full circle - cos the reason I can't get a pass of my own is that they require that form - which no ward manager can sign for me as I am bank and not their responsibility. I tried the number the information desk at the front gave me for the help desk. They did not answer the phone. I WENT to badge printing - which is where I got the information about the form and the manager/bank loophole that no one seems to know how to sort out. I have asked the bank directly - they say it is for the individual hospitals to sort out onsite. And so it goes on and on and on. No one knows how to fix it and no one will take responsibility for fixing it. And all the bank staff I've met have been in the same boat. |
