As for your snapchat I’d recommend you only accepts those you know and make all your social media platforms as private as you can. I’d also highly recommend to anyone to remove their phone number from their accounts. Having said that, if it persists I’d also change phone number again only giving it to those you trust, if it happens after that then it would help to narrow the perpetrator down.
