As I said, I think it's unfair on the OP. I think it's a flaw in how Brel communicate the discount and how it intersects with their prepayment requirement. The voucher scheme is meant to "help out" the business and I think its unfair to call a flaw a scam on a public forum. Brel should/could have handled things better but also, is £3.33 per person that big a problem?
