Also, it isn't 'literally their fucking job'. There are places in Glasgow where bins are overflowing with rats that'd probably beat you in a square go, and it's difficult enough to get the council out for that.
By comparison, you're diverting from those real issues when you phone about one wee mouse. It's like phoning the council when you hear a door being shut upstairs after 10pm.
