The point about time-wasting isn't invalidated because you didn't waste the time on this occasion. You were prepared to waste their time, and are unlikely to change your perspective going forward.
In that vein, you'd be surprised at how many people don't grasp the 'understood rules' concerning the NHS, which is why the NHS launched a campaign advising people about the appropriate use of its services.
Because, people all over the UK clog GP-surgeries with unnecessary visits and phantom concerns.
