Absolutely AVOID Your Conveyancer as another post said - I’m currently dealing with them and it is an awful experience- they are so incompetent that I have complained to their ‘complaints manager’ - that was three weeks ago and I have heard nothing. If it wasn’t that I’m desperate for the sale to go through and avoid further delays I would pull the plug and go with another Conveyancer regardless of cost! Only reason I went with YC is Purplebricks make you pay a fee of £300 if your selling through them and don’t go with (YC)
However must second the recommendation for Conveyancing Direct - my friend has used them three times and highly recommends (& he’s very particular haha!) |
